How do Creative Support staff book on to training?
You can access our easy-to-use platform by clicking here. Simply search for the course that you wish to book on to and select the preferred date and location.
How do I apply for the voucher reward scheme?
You can apply for a £50 reward for finishing 10 e-learning courses by completing our Voucher Claim Form.
How do I log in?
When your account is first created, you will receive an email containing your username and a link to set your password. Usernames are the same email address that you use to log in to iTrent.
How much time do I have to complete an e-learning course?
Once your account is created, you will have access to all your e-learning courses. Each course requires a different time to complete and this is stated on the course page.
