INVESTORS IN PEOPLE
We are proud to announce that the Learning & Development department have achieved Platinum accreditation in the Investors in People assessment.
Platinum is the highest level awarded by Investors in People, with only 7% of assessed organisations achieving this accreditation.
Dr Ray Kendall-Corry, Head of Engagement and Learning said “We are so proud of our team. This is an outstanding achievement and we want to thank everyone involved. We are delighted to be Investors In People Platinum.”

NEW MANAGERS/ SENIOR STAFF MEMBERS
We are pleased to announce that the Introductory Modules for Managers course are now available. This training is available through the Skills for Care website. When enrolling, please make sure you read all the information on your Creative Academy account and follow the instructions provided to access the course.
This course consists of 11 modules. Once all 11 modules have been completed and all certificates uploaded to your Creative Academy account, you will be eligible to receive a £50 Love2Shop voucher!
UPCOMING TRAINING
We are pleased to announce the Creative Support WE CARE Induction, which is available for new starters to book onto. This is in addition to the Creative Academy Induction webinar. This is a two day course and staff must attend both dates.
This course outlines the philosophy and aims of Creative Support and how this relates to your duty of care. It will cover how to practice person-centred care while promoting dignity and privacy. You will also gain a better understanding of how to apply confidentiality principles in documentation and record keeping.

DIPLOMAS AND APPRENTICESHIPS
Qualifications to support your professional and personal development
We offer a wide range of qualifications for staff in all roles, from care and support roles through to leading and management in non-care settings.
We can support you with qualifications from health and social care diplomas to Master’s Degree Apprenticeships for professionals in all roles.
These Certificates, Diplomas and Degree qualifications enable the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to work in a health and social care setting and office based settings.
